INTERACTIVE TELLER MACHINE (ITM)

Drive up. Insert your card. Withdraw cash. If that’s all you need, great. But through our Interactive Teller Machine, you can turn transactions into more engaging experiences. During weekdays, you can video chat with one of our Video Bankers to do everything from making loan payments to transferring money to unlocking your Online Banking and much more.

If you don’t have your debit card when you pull up to a regular ATM, there’s not much you can do. With our ITMs, you don’t need your debit card. One of our bankers will verify your ID and assist with anything you need.

Our signature service, delivered quickly

• As you’re using our ATM, you’ll automatically begin video conferencing with a Video Banker if your transaction needs authorization or if there’s an error.
• You can also start a video chat anytime during your visit, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
• Find at least one ITM at every First Bank Texas location, and two each at our Willow Park and Abilene (South 1st Street) locations.
• ITM’s include all regular ATM services plus help with accessing online banking, making a loan payment, disputing unrecognized transactions, a reporting a lost or stolen card.
